All services are provided by qualified, licensed plumbers in accordance with South African plumbing standards and regulations.

3. Service Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment Booking

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival time.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7 for urgent plumbing issues. Emergency call-out fees may apply outside of normal business hours.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service Pricing

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. We provide detailed quotes before commencing work.

Payment Terms

  • Issues arising from pre-existing conditions

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by South African law.
